About the Role
Studio & Social Media Manager
Full-Time Position (hybrid) or Part time 3 days a week
The Studio & Social Media Manager is a multi-faceted role, central to this growing company and the continued development of their practice.
Key responsibilities include the daily running of the studio, working with the Directors on administrative tasks to deliver company goals, and assisting the Head of Creative in growing the business's social media presence.
They are an enthusiastic team who take a proactive and positive approach to their work. The practice is
friendly and sociable promoting a strong work-life balance.
The role can be based from either the London office, Cotswolds or Wiltshire with periodic working days from
the other offices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Studio Management
Oversee the daily running of the studio.
Manage general administration, including studio calendar management, timesheets, database
management, phone management, HR support and other ad hoc duties.
Coordinate basic IT requirements (more complex matters are managed externally)
Provide personal assistance to the Directors, ensuring that company goals and objectives are
accomplished and operations run efficiently.
Assist the Marketing Department with social media outputs and photoshoot co-ordination.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Plan and create engaging, on-brand content, including posts, Stories, Reels, videos and Pins.
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.
Write engaging captions, copy and video descriptions tailored to each platform.
Research, write and edit short articles for the website's creative writing section, with content adapted
and shared across social media channels.
Produce well-written, engaging content with strong attention to detail, accuracy and a consistent
tone of voice.
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages and mentions.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform developments and best practices.
Track performance and use analytics to improve content, engagement and audience growth.
Work with the wider team to support campaigns, launches and other marketing initiatives.
Essential Skills
A proven track record of managing social media channels and successfully growing audience reach
and engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
Strong research skills and the ability to produce engaging, accurate and well-written content.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media performance data.
Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other office productivity tools, with the
aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised, methodical approach to work and record keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle company information with discretion.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A proactive approach to duties and responsibilities, with a positive and practical approach to
problem-solving.
Professional, reliable and diligent, with a positive attitude.
An interest in architecture, interiors and estates is preferable.
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
