Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Administrator
Full-time | Permanent | Competitive Salary (DOE) Location: Charlbury OX7

Are you a detail-oriented AP/AR Administrator who thrives on maintaining financial accuracy in fast-moving, stock-heavy businesses? Our client is a growing multi-million pound business with inventory operations across several locations, and we're looking for a confident, organised finance professional to ensure their financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

What You'll Do
•Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
•Handle purchase invoices, sales invoices and payment processing
•Manage supplier and customer accounts, including payment runs and collections
•Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
•Track and reconcile stock movements within the ERP system to ensure financial accuracy
•Support month-end inventory valuations and stock reconciliations
•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems
•Assist with VAT preparation and financial reporting requirements
•Work closely with operations to ensure stock movements are correctly recorded
•Help identify and implement process improvements as the business scales

What We're Looking For
•Proven experience in an AP/AR or finance administration role(ideally in a high-volume environment)
•Strong understanding of inventory/stock accounting principles
•Familiarity with CIN7 or similar inventory management platforms
•Proficient in accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
•Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with good data manipulation abilities
•Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
•Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
•Strong communicator comfortable liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams
•Proactive problem-solver who can work independently

Nice to Have
•Experience in retail, FMCG, farming, manufacturing or other stock-intensive industries
•Familiarity with CIN7 or similar inventory management platforms
•Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
